Shipping policy

Please allow 2-4 business days for processing of all orders. This means that after an order is placed, it may take up to 4 days for the item(s) to be shipped. Once your order has been fulfilled, tracking information will be provided. 

Shopstaygolden is not responsible for any damaged or lost packages. We are only responsible for your purchase until it reaches the Post Office. Once it reaches the Post Office, it is out of our control and we are no longer responsible for the package if it gets damaged or lost during the process. Therefore, we cannot provide a refund in these cases. Please contact USPS.
