Return & Refund Policy
Shop Stay Golden has a 14 day return period from the delivery date for exchanges/returns. We advise you to please read descriptions when selecting your purchases. If an item(s) need to be returned, please include in the subject line your name, order number, and return details in body of email. You will receive a return address shortly after we have reviewed your email. Item(s) need to be in new condition with original tags attached, unworn, and unwashed. Item(s) will be rejected if there are signs of visible wear such as makeup, deodorant stains, fragrances, and etc. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once item(s) are received, we will refund you the amount excluding the $5 shipping fee. Shipping fee is non-refundable.
Due to the health, safety precautions, and the nature of our products, all sales are FINAL for jewelry, accessories, bodysuits, and swimwear.

If you receive an email stating your order was refunded, it is due to products that are in high demand and sold out between order placement and processing time.
Once an order is confirmed, we cannot cancel the order. Please be aware of this before purchasing. Please also make sure your name and shipping information is correct before placing your order.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 3 business days of receiving your item(s) if it is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
